SCOTLAND: THE ROAD TRIP, PART 4

Hi All,

As promised this is the final installment of our Scottish road trip, or as Jill eloquently expressed it: “We reached the end of the road (trip).”

The morning following “The Incident,” we left for our ferry crossing to the Isle of Mull.  The one hour voyage was like the photo I took a few days earlier on one of the lochs.

SCOTLAND: THE ROAD TRIP, PART 3 (“THE INCIDENT”)

Hi All,

After our visit to the Crannog, we headed off into the Scottish Highlands, Glencoe and the Bonnie Banks of Loch Lommond where Jill wished that she took the High Road and I took the Low Road

and we both would have been in different vehicles

Because it was on this portion of our road trip that “The Incident”occurred.  The reason that I refer to this episode in that manner is because the mere mention of what transpired has previously caused Jill to react in a tempestuous and often aggressive manner towards me.   Basically, I was afraid.

SCOTLAND: THE ROAD TRIP, PART 2

Hi All.

Our initial incentive for stopping in Pitlochry was because it was described in various publications as an enjoyable small town with “Scotland’s highest concentration of woolens shops” and a cute train station.
